Onstage Hawai’i Delivers a Multi-Setup Weekend Event at the Grand Wailea

The Grand Wailea on Maui recently hosted a week-long event that culminated in a live headline performance. The schedule called for constant scene changeovers, with the space reconfigured throughout to support a range of setups, from audience seating to a dinner setting, VIP table arrangements, and finally a full-scale concert.

Onstage Hawai’i provided production services for the event, handling all aspects with the exception of audio. Our team designed and installed the staging and scenic elements, lighting, and video to concert standards while managing the transitions between each setup. That meant coordinating load-in and turnaround across the crew so every configuration came together on schedule and performed reliably, from the dinner and VIP settings through the headline performance. Projects like this reflect the kind of work we’re set up to handle: large-scale production with multiple moving parts and rapid changeovers, delivered over a full week in a venue that demands both precision and flexibility.
