Onstage Hawaii is the largest locally-owned event production company in Hawaii and has the most extensive Full Time Shop and Event staff in Hawai’i. With a combined average of 24 years in their respective disciplines, each team member is dedicated to your project from inception to completion.

Born from a passion for exceptional event production, our company is a collective of industry veterans, each with 10 to 40 years of experience in bringing events to life. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of innovation, offering not only extensive knowledge but also access to the latest, most advanced event production equipment in Hawaii. Our journey began with a shared vision: to elevate Hawaii’s event production landscape to new heights, blending local charm with global standards of excellence. From lighting designers and sound engineers to stage managers and rigging specialists, each member brings a unique set of skills and insights, ensuring that every project we undertake is executed flawlessly. Kalani Rodrigues
Kalani brings 41 years of passion in all live production disciplines along with his love of people and processes to make his client’s visions become a reality.
Candace Cox
With 15 years in the industry, Candace is dedicated to managing labor and logistics, driven by the passion for bringing events together and creating lasting memories.
Joseph Doviak
With 24 years of experience, Joe excels in lighting production and design, ensuring seamless operations through proactive anticipation and a commitment to excellence.
Cassandra Edrado
Bringing 13 years of experience, Cassandra holds the position of Director of the LED department, powered by her passion for orchestrating live events and witnessing the joy people derive from their work.
Steve Fisher
As an LD, Programmer, & Master Electrician with over 23 years of industry experience, Steve excels in tackling challenges and innovations within the global lighting industry.
Nina Tom
With 18 years of experience in production Nina ensures all of our technical team are well cared for and are aware of the details for each event, much like she does as a mother to her two kids! Nina’s onboarding has helped greatly in the continual refining and commitment to our clients.
Kourtney Kanno
With 12 years of experience, Kourtney heads our Staging & Scaffolding departments, guided by a passion for and highlighting Hawaii’s global standards in productions.
Jerre Stead
As a Marine Veteran, Jerre proves daily his commitment to all those around him. As leader and head of our rigging department holding a CM Motor Certification, he excels in contributing to the overall mission and does not stop until the entire project is complete.
Dave Winters
All productions need fit and finish. Dave is “that guy.” The industry calls these folks “Carps” short for carpenters, we call them the unsung heroes of what we do. Dave works to make sure the entire show is ready for the audience and has a far-reaching skill set. These skills and work ethic are very hard to come by and his pride shows his dedication to his craft.
Jared Leavell
Jared is yet another example of someone who truly loves being part of all aspects of a show. With 20 years of experience behind him, we count on Jared for all of our AC Power distribution needs. In addition to power, he jumps in on rigging, staging, lighting, and anything else he is asked. He is a problem solver and is always one of the first to trouble shoot an issue.
Zion Saunoa
Zion represents our commitment to the future of our industry as our first full time Gen Z OSH member! Zion exhibits patience and an amazing ability to learn our industry technology quickly. Working both in the shop and on show site he has proven to be an essential member of our team.
Albert Lum
Albert is a true Waterman having grown up in Hawaii bringing a unique blend of skills and personality to the table! With over 25 years of experience in the event industry his good nature and sense of humor fosters a positive atmosphere which keeps everyone around him motivated.
Diego Duran
Diego leads our shop and warehouse operations, bringing deep experience in logistics, equipment management, and production support to keep every event running smoothly.
Nick Vollert
Nick brings over 20 years of experience as a film and electric grip, specializing in safe, efficient rigging for live events and productions.
Jesse Baverstock
Jesse’s diligence for perfection makes our LED production shine. It is exactly this skill and dedication that is required to make it all happen. One of Jesse’s passions is to make sure following an event, there is no footprint left behind leaving the land as he found it.
